• Optics holds about 11% of the marks with expected 2 Questions
• Electromagnetic Waves have about 9% of the contribution with expected 2–3 questions
• Dual nature of matter and radiation
• Electronic Devices- Important
• Electromagnetic Induction and Alternating Currents is important as you can expect about 3–4 questions from this topic
• Magnetic Effects of Current and Magnetism is again important as you can expect 1–2 questions
• Atoms and Nuclei

Some of topics like Dimensions and Errors can have 1–2 Questions, Work Energy Power will surely have 2 questions, and Properties of Solid Materials will have about 2 Questions.
