Is neet 2020 twice a year?

Well, it has only been in the NEWS in 2020 that the current Director of NTA Mr Vineesh Joshi is planning to conduct NEET exams twice a year but from 2021, this does not apply in 2020.

In addition, there is no official confirmation about conducting NEET exams twice a year in 2021 too.

I suggest you study very hard and wish that you do not need to appear for the exam again. You must get the admission in your choice of medical college.
