Yes, it is possible if only you have studied NCERT very well and have a clear understanding of all the topics.

Ask yourself if you have studied diligently all topics from NCERT during your regular studies.

If yes, then the following are the steps you need to focus to be able to score 690+ marks.

1. Focus on MCQs: Try to do as many as 200 MCQs for each topic. This is really going to help you in revising the topics at a deeper level.
2. Previous Year Papers: In order to understand the pattern of questions asked in NEET, you need to diligently practice Mock Tests and previous year papers. Solve as many as 100 of them.
