How to study for AIIMS Delhi | 5 months strategy

Now that AIIMS and JIPMER exams are replaced with only NEET exams, all you need to do is score 720+ in NEET 2020 in order to secure a seat in AIIMS Delhi.

Study and learn NCERT! MUG UP NCERT! Treat NCERT as your Holy Grail Bible! Do whatever you want but that’ the fact. NCERT is a must for all 3 subjects be it Biology, Chemistry, and Physics.

Important Tips:

1)You need to mug up NCERT for both Biology and Chemistry. That’s your foundation.

2) Focus on the important topics and strategize your efforts based on the topics. You can refer to the complete list of important topics in NEET 2020, here!

3) After every topic, try and do as many MCQs and Previous 10 Years Papers as possible. This way you will be able to practice more and more.

Strategy for Marks

You must be knowing that 50% of the questions are from Biology which means you must spend the maximum amount of time to polish and master that.

With the help of Biology alone, you can easily score up to 320- 340 by simply mastering the subject.

Chemistry and Physics together comprise of 370 marks. You can easily score up to 170 marks in Chemistry and work hard to score about 140 from 180 in Physics.

The above calculations enable you to score 650+ marks in NEET exams. However, in order to get admission in AIIMS Delhi, you need to score 720+ marks in your NEET.

For every Topic or Chapter, you finish, try and do as many MCQs and Previous 10 Years Papers as possible. This way you will be able to practice more and more.

Lastly, avoid Negative Marking: More than answering all the questions, ensure that you do not end up answering incorrectly. One smart way of answering questions is, Analyze the Question paper as per your preparation and mark the questions into three categories such as - Easy(E), Medium (M) and Hard(H). The safest way is to start with easy questions, then medium and then attempt the hard questions.

As only a few months are left and you are running out of time, you need to practice a minimum of 2–3 Mock Test in a week.
