It is very inspiring to know that you are challenging to score more than 700 Marks in NEET 2020.
I hope the below explanation helps you understand the Syllabus, structure, strategy for preparation, and books to refer to.
Important Topics in Biology to thoroughly study are Diversity in the living world, Human physiology, Genetics and Evolution, Biotechnology and its application, Reproduction, Structural organization in plants and animals, Biology and human welfare, Cell structure and functions, and Ecology and environment. Ensure that you study them thoroughly from NCERT and Practise MCQs from Fingertips by MTG.
See you must understand that 50% of your marks are in BIology, and if you study above mentioned topics thoroughly, then you can easily score 340+ in Biology itself. But if you are able to fully learn word by word then the scope of scoring in Biology increases from 350+. In order to score 700+ in NEET 2020, you must aim to score 100% in Biology, leaving no scope of negative marking in this subject at least.
2) CHEMISTRY holds a total of 180 Marks wherein your Class XI syllabus contributes 64 MArks and Class XII contributes 116 Marks. Now assuming that already for Boards, you are preparing, you must be thorough with most of the concepts.
Again some of the important Topics in Chemistry need both learning and practice. Topics like Aldehydes, Ketones And Carboxylic Acids, etc are something you cannot miss at all. In addition, Biomolecules, Chemical Bonding And Molecular Structure, Chemical Kinetics, Coordination Compounds, Equilibrium, Organic Chemistry - Some Basic Principles And Techniques, p-block Elements, Redox Reactions and Thermodynamics are some of the topics which can secure 100+ marks in your NEET 2020 exams. However, if you practice more and more then you need to master the following books:
Physical Chemistry- Other than NCERT, you must study and practice from OP Tandon or N Awasthi for MCQs. For Inorganic Chemistry: NCERT is the only book you must master word by word. Lastly, for Organic Chemistry: again OP Tandon is considered the best choice.
You can also subscribe to our “ DO OR DIE FOR CHEMISTRY MISSION 2020” courses for video lectures which enables you to polish the subjects at a deeper level. You will also get live sessions where the faculty will help you clear all your doubts.
If you are able to practice more and more MCQs, Mock papers and Test series, then you should be able to score 170+ in Chemistry alone.
Lastly, as PHYSICS holds a total of 180 Marks with 76 Marks from your Class XI syllabus and 104 Marks from Class XII syllabus, it is important to put the maximum effort. It is considered as the most challenging subject, however, if you are able to understand the topics and concepts, you should be able to do very well in Physics too.
Remember negative marking is something you must completely avoid. SO if you are not sure of anything, do not attempt it!
Coming to the important topics in Physics, these are: Physics Electronic devices, Electrostatic, Heat and thermodynamics, Kinematics, Laws of motion, Magnetic effect of electric current, Oscillation and waves.
Books to Refer: Other than NCERT for conceptual understanding, you must refer to DC Pandey, H.C Verma and MCQs from Fingertips by MTG or NEET Guide by MTG.
Practice: It is essential to practice about 60–100 MCQs and numerical for each topic from NCERT and DC Pandey. In addition, practice as many Mock Tests and Test series as possible to enhance your Performance and Time Management. Whatever errors or mistakes you encounter in solving the above papers and numerical, go back to NCERT or DC Pandey books to clarify the concepts.
