It is already 2020 and for JEE 2021 you have effectively 9 months as JEE mains happen in January every Year.
Considering this much amount of time is also sufficient for students to prepare for the exams, here’s what you need to do:
- Be determined for the next few months until the exam that you will remain consistent in your efforts.
- Study Hard and keep yourself motivated throughout. Even if you falter, you will do everything best to pick yourself up.
- Make a Regime: Know that the syllabus is vast and more than 15 lac students appear for JEE exams every year. So you need to have a self-crafted regime where you study at least 12 hrs a day and have 3 breaks of 30 mins each to eat, nap or exercise. You’ll need that. Pick up and combine 2 subjects a day and also include MCQs practice in it.
- Pick Up the Right Books: Choosing the right books and sticking to them is very important. There’ll be several times that your friends will tell you about the books they are studying and you might feel worried as you are not studying them. But you have to remember, it is not that how many books you to study, it is important, how well you study.
- Notes: Notes are very critical for your preparations as you will need them for quick revisions anytime. In addition, whenever you feel stuck with questions that you don’t know, then you can quickly go back to your notes. Isn’t that wonderful?
- Practice: Practicing problems, MCQs, Mock Tests and Previous Years Papers are the most important ingredients in your recipe for your success. They prepare you with exam patterns and also show you the topics which need your attention.
- Identify Mistakes: Most of the students feel demotivated when they do not perform well in their Mock Tests. they are not meant to discourage you but rather highlight the area where you need to work hard. So keep yourself motivated and do not give up on topics where you are not performing well.
- Revise: Dedicating 1 hr every day on revisions can help you retain the topics and concepts for a longer duration.
