It isn’t too late to start preparing for JEE 2021.

Even if you start now from scratch, there are very high chances that you can perform very well. All you need to do is to determine to diligently study without getting overwhelmed.

One thing which makes you score better than others is consistency. Remember you do not need to be a genius to score high in JEE exams, but you need to work hard to score well.

So basically, you need to consistently work hard throughout the year to crack JEE 2021.

1. Make a Schedule based on the Syllabus: Know your complete syllabus from both Class XI and XII. Make a schedule for yourself which includes studying 2 subjects a day with some breaks. So layout your daily schedule very carefully and experiment by studying 2–3 subjects daily.

2. Books: The second most important thing is to select the right books. It is very common that your friends and a coaching friend will be studying different things but do not get carried away by what people are saying. Select your books and stick to them throughout your preparations.

3. Concepts: Focus on understanding the concepts of each topic from now itself. Once the concept is clear, it becomes easier for you to answer anything.

4. Identify your Weak Areas: While you study, it is important to identify the weak topics where you need to pay attention and especially the topics which have high weightage in the overall scorecard. Go back to your Coaching or e-learning classes to understand those topics.

5. Make a Notebook: While studying or after completing any topic, prepare notes. I cannot stop stressing about the significance of Notes. These notes come handy for quick references and revisions.

6. Practice: Practice MCQs, Mock Tests, and Previous Year Papers to strengthen your studies. It is a very important exercise to get used to exam papers and question patterns.

7. Revise: If you do not wish to get over-pressurized during the last month before the exam, spend at least 1 hr every day to revise the topics you have studied a day before.

If you believe in self-study then go for an e-learning course so that you can refer the concept anytime anywhere and any number of times. This has turned out to be a very powerful tool in today’s time.
